Methuen , Massachusetts – June 16, 2010.  CC The Huntress and the 3 top Paranormal Networks, PARAXVISION.COM, GHOST CHANNEL.TV and LIVESCFI.COM unite for the first time in paranormal history to present an event where you, the viewers, will direct CC through a live investigation through the internet.  You are invited, on these networks, to watch, communicate and direct CC from room to room at a historic location.  There has never been an investigation quite like this!

On Wednesday, June 16, 2010, CC will be at the Tenney Gate House in Methuen , Massachusetts, from 10:00 p.m. through 11:00 p.m. to conduct a live investigation.  The Tenney Gate House is a historic and haunted location that has been investigated by many paranormal investigators in the past.  For the first time, through live chat, you will direct CC from room to room and provide suggestions of where she should investigate throughout the home.  CC will allow you to be her eyes and ears through the entire investigation.

About The Tenney Gate House:  The land around Tenney Gatehouse was originally part of the Pawtucket Plantation, established in 1640.  In April 1882, Charles H. Tenney bought the Whittier ’s house as a gatehouse and then added the adjoining acreage and used it as a residence.  The original rough stone farm house, built in the 1830s, also served as a stage coach stop in its early days, along with 75 surrounding acres, was purchased and elegantly renovated by Charles and Fanny Tenney in the 1880s and would become known as the Tenney Gate House where the family lived while the stone mansion on the hill was built beginning in the mid to late 1880s.    Tenney was a local wealthy hat manufacturer with a thriving business who held many gala events at the castle.  The hill was described as a beautiful forest with massive stone works and sprawling green lawns.  There is a legend of two eccentric brothers hiding a fortune in treasure near Grey Court Castle, once the center of the Charles H. Tenney estate \adjacent to the Searles castle ruins.  The brothers of this treasure tale were Mark and Nathaniel Gorrill, natives of New Hampshire born in the early 1800s, dairy farmers who had a falling out over the same girl whom they both courted and were rejected by.  As a result, they both became reclusive hermits, living together in their homestead nearby, although supposedly never talking to each other.  The castle was used as a summer manor for the Tenney family after they relocated to New York, and was abandoned as a home by 1951, with 26 acres being donated to the school system (the high school was built on part of the land, and the middle school was said to be built close to the mansion), with Grey Court castle and the remaining land being sold to the Basilican Salvatorian Order who established a monastery on the site.   The Tenney Gate House is said to be haunted by a monk who hung himself in the tower room.  Reports also exist about strange happenings near the gravestone of Father Nicholas Demetrius in the monks' cemetery
